Hello! My name is Ashley (My Blogger Profile). I am the creator and writer of this blog, Putting God First Place (About Putting God First Place).
I am happily married to Michael and we have been married for 4 years. A big goal in my life is to become a better more Godly wife everyday. I know that I will never be perfect, but I love giving my Holy Calling as wife my best abilities!
We are submitting to God's will and timing with children. We have been on a three year journey of infertility (Our Infertility Story), and at the end were told that we would not be able to conceive. However, our story does not end there! We are currently in the process of adoption through our county children services department (Our Adoption Journey). We have started on this journey once, but life threw us some unexpected circumstances (Job Loss, and other things) and we stopped the process. We are patiently waiting for God to work in this area. I pray that God is with us and guiding us in this process as He fills our home with little blessings!
Michael has recently (September 2008) started going to school to get a degree. He is doing very good and I am so proud of him!!! He works at FedEx and has gotten two promotions in six months and is hoping to continue to further his career there.
I am the keeper of our home, and I take great pride in my role (A Holy Mission and Passionate Housewives Desperate for God). I love animals (My Pets) and we currently have 3 cats.
I am a Christian. I was saved during the 10th grade of high school. Since I have been saved I live for Christ. I try to glorify Christ by all that I do. Glorifying Christ is my number one priority in life.

Hi :) LOL, I don't remember how, but I "stumbled" across your blog earlier this evening, and have enjoyed reading through it! I too am working at losing weight (gained it after we got married - change of lifestyle for me), I'm 24, and we have been married 4 yrs (got married when I was 19), and I stay at home, too! Working "outside" the home makes me a crazy mess - I'm much happier at home :)
I was reading some of your posts on some of the studies that you've done, and they look really amazing.
